Dick Buswell became the 128th Veteran of the 384th Bomb Group to sign the wing panel on 31 July 2015 at his home in Brewster, Massachusetts.

Buswell, the original copilot of the Robert Owens Crew, was assigned to the 547th Bomb Squadron in August 1944. After completing a number of missions he was advanced to First Pilot and flew with ad hoc crews. In January 1945 he finished his combat tour, having completed 36 missions. His last mission ended in a forced landing on the Continent due to heavy battle damage.

Panel hosts for this signing event were Ray Lustig and Susan Taylor.
