George Henry Carroll, Radio Operator on the Lloyd Armstrong crew of the 545th BS, 384th BG, circled. Carroll flew 25 missions including the Group's first and the first Schweinfurt – mechanical abort on second Schweinfurt. Last mission Oberpfaffenhoffen, 18th March 1944.
