Home / 384th During WWII / Aircraft / B-17G Aircraft / B-17G 43-38750 SU*D 2

Aircraft 43-38750 was assigned to the 384th BG 544th BS on 16 October 1944, remaining with the group until 4 December 1944 (a period of 49 days) when it was salvaged after a crash landing in England. While it had been thought that the name 'TU YUNG TU' was associated with this aircraft, no clear photographic evidence of that has been found.
