Billy Wiley became the 41st Veteran of the 384th Bomb Group to sign the wing panel on 7 October 2011 at the Group Reunion in Seattle, Washington.

Wiley was assigned to the 546th Bomb Squadron as the Copilot of the William Hatch Crew in February 1945. He flew 27 combat missions before the air war in Europe ended.

Panel hosts for the signing were ALL the people who attended the 2011 Reunion.
