[Description and IDs from original site: Original aircrew assigned to the 544th BS. Ditched in the English Channel on the July 25, 1943 mission to Hamburg, Germany aboard B-17F 42-5883 "Weary Willie," SU*D. The crew drifted for 2 days before being rescued.
