Junket XI -- junketeer Paul Furiga reconnects with Samantha Bland, daughter of Quentin and Barbara Bland, both great friends of the 384th and the efforts to preserve its history. Paul's dad Frank D. Furiga (bombardier/navigator, 547th squadron) stayed with the Blands when he visited in 1981. He also spoke at Samantha’s school while visiting. Samantha believes she was about 8 then. Paul and his wife Brenda also met Samantha when they came over and spent time with the Blands in 1980. Photo taken Saturday, September 21, 2019, Grafton Underwood village hall.
