Diagnosis: lower left leg broken by aircraft shot; amputated.
Time of transfer to Evaluation Point West: undetermined.
2. Lt. Merlo, Samuel J., serial number O-744081, T 43 A.S.N [?]
Diagnosis: fractured left ankle.
Will be transferred to an emergency hospital in the next few days
3. NCO [Uffz.] Chaperon, Phillipp W., serial number 39314183, T 42-43 A
Diagnosis: fractured jaw and a head
Will be transferred to an emergency hospital in the next few days
