Foster Leroy Lowrey was one of the original cadre assigned to Grafton Underwood with the 6th Service Squadron in January 1943.
The 6th Service Squadron was later redesignated as the 443rd Sub-Depot in November 1943.
He was a Master Sergeant when commissioned as a Second Lieutenant, October 1944.
