Is this Berlin? Yes; the Schoneberg area south of the Tiergarten to be specific. Photo orientation is approximately North up.

The oval pattern of streets in the upper left corner is the Spichernstrasse U-bahn station area.
The target is probably the railroad yards at the right of the photo. These could be the Tempelhof Marshaling Yard; the mission then would be 3 February 1945.
