Death notice of the 384th's Chaplain Herbert Butterbach, who died in service of a heart attack August 16, 1945 at Drew Field in Tampa, Florida. Reported in the September 16, 1945 issue of "The Observer," official organ of the Rockford, Illinois Diocese.
