On Monday, September 23, 2019, Junket XI visited Madingley cemetery in Cambridge, the only resting place for U.S. service members in the United Kingdom. More than 3,500 are buried here, and another 5,000 more who are still missing in action are remembered here. In addition to a short chapel service and laying a wreath at the wall of the missing, our group placed flowers on the graves of 384th servicemen buried here. Here's a look down the long reflecting pool to the chapel. The wall of the missing is at the right.
