92nd BG formation led by B-17E 41-9022 Alabama Exterminator II. This aircraft flew the first 8th AF mission on 17 August 1942 and was transferred to 384th BG 546th BS BK*L 4 June 1943 where it was used as a hack; transferred to 1 BAD Burtonwood 27 July 1944.
