Crashed near WESTOUTER (Belgium)

On the left: NELSON, Darwin George, O-738222, 2nd lt, Pilot
On the right: SMITH, Elmer LeRoy, O-680527, 2nd lt, Co-pilot
Both were taken POW.
One of the crew was hidden about nine months and six days in the region.
