A team from the 384th visited Wendover to see their new exhibit space, and review what has been done with the 384th artifacts previously donated. This was a side junket prior to meeting with Hill Aerospace Museum regarding the display for the Commemorative Wing Panel, which we plan to donate. The team included Frank Alfter, Christopher Wilkinson, Keith Ellefson, and Fred Preller.

On a bright, unusually warm January day we were able to see "everything" we wanted to. From the old WWII Operations Building to the newly restored John T. Brinkman Service Club - a magnificent event and exhibit venue - including a tour of the B-29 hangar, the atomic bomb loading pit, the Norden Bombsight building, and the firehouse. We were shown every courtesy, and definitely look forward to a return visit!
