Does anyone know what the name means? Perhaps the name refers to the home states of the Erickson crewmembers. The Erickson crew flew this plane to England, and on each of its combat missions (except one), and research reveals that the ORIGINAL Erickson Crew had members from New York (4), Missouri (1), Kentucky (2), and Michigan (1) - but also from Pennsylvania (1) and New Jersey (1).
