Don Brooks became the 21st Veteran of the 384th Bomb Group to sign the wing panel on 11 May 2011, in California..

Brooks was assigned to the 546th Bomb Squadron as the Tail Gunner of the Kenneth Myrick Crew in June 1944. He completed a full combat tour of 35 missions in December of that year.

Panel host for this signing event was Christopher Wilkinson.
