Jay Walker signed at his home in Carlsbad, California, on Sunday 8 March 2015, becoming the 115th member of the 384th Bomb Group to sign..

Walker was a pilot assigned to the 546th Bomb Squadron. He became a lead pilot and flew missions with over 70 different crewmembers. Walker's wife Theresa attended the signing. Wing panel hosts for this signing were Fred and Gail Preller.
