Leslie Hall Jackson became the 102nd 384th Bomb Group veteran to sign the wing panel. He signed the wing panel at his retirement home in Washington, DC on 15 November 2014..

Leslie was assigned to the 547th Bomb Squadron in April 1944 as a Flexible Gunner on the William L. Bice Crew. He was shot down on his first combat mission and held as a Prisoner of War until the end of hostilities in Europe, May 1945.
